Volleyball Training for Every Athlete
The word “training” has many definitions at Legacy Volleyball Club. Whether your athlete is picking up a volleyball for the first time or preparing for a competitive club season, Legacy offers a range of training programs designed to meet athletes exactly where they are — and help them go all-in on their potential.
Performance Training with TCO / Training Haus
Legacy Volleyball Club is proud to offer performance training through TCO / Training Haus to our Winter Club Team athletes. This partnership gives athletes access to elite, sport-specific strength and performance work — building speed, power, and injury resilience alongside their on-court skill development.
D-League
D-League is designed for aspiring volleyball athletes who may not be quite ready for a competitive club season. It’s a great entry point for developing players who want to build skills and confidence before stepping into competitive play. D-League schedules are determined by the number of participants.
VolleyGroms
VolleyGroms borrows its name from the beach and surfing community, where “groms” are young, just-starting-out athletes. Our VolleyGroms program is designed to give the youngest and newest players amazing initial exposure to the sport we love, in a fun and welcoming environment.
Private Coaching
For athletes seeking individualized attention, Legacy Volleyball Club offers private coaching. The athlete is responsible for the private coaching fee as well as any associated facility costs.
Summer Camps
Legacy Volleyball Club’s 2027 summer camps run throughout the summer and can be either one day or multiple days in length. Camps vary in focus, offering both skill-specific and general skills training to fit every athlete’s development goals.
